1. Nature of this site

Zhosie is a presentation website for a leather atelier. It showcases collections, craftsmanship and editorial content.

2. Intellectual property

All content on this site — photographs, video, text, graphic design, the Zhosie name and logo — is owned by Zhosie or licensed to us, and is protected by Italian and international copyright law.

You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site in any way that is unlawful or that damages, disables or impairs it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the admin area, server or any connected system;
• submit automated requests, scrape content, or probe/scan the infrastructure;
• provide false information in the newsletter form or subscribe on someone else's behalf;
• use our name or images to imply an endorsement that does not exist.

We may block access, without notice, for any of the above.

4. Accuracy of information

We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images or other content are free of errors or are always current. Product photography may differ slightly from the finished piece — leather is a natural material and every hide is different.

5. Third-party links

Where we link to third-party sites (for example social media profiles), we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please read their own policies.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zhosie is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death and personal injury caused by negligence.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free operation of the site.

Use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of Italy. Any dispute falls to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florence, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
