We are a small atelier, not a call centre. Messages are answered by the people who make the pieces, so replies can take a day across time zones — but you will always be talking to someone who knows the leather.
What to tell us
Including these in your first message saves a round of back-and-forth:
- What you are after — a belt, a handbag, a wallet, or something you have seen in the belts or handbags collections.
- Your measurement — see the size guide for how to take it. This is the single most useful thing you can send.
- How you will use it — daily, formal, travel. It changes which leather we recommend.
- Your country — so we can quote delivery accurately.
